Perth-based ACS Aviation has be purchased by Glasgow-based Cloud Global, an aviation leasing, parts and recruitment business. The flying school and engineering business of ACS is believed to have annual sales of around £1million and has been established since 1997. Former ACS Aviation director Allan Falconer will be leaving the business, Cloud Global MD Graeme Frater will take on the additional role of ACS Aviation managing director.
ACS Aviation offer both private and commercial flight training with a fleet of around 10 aircraft. FTN understands that there are plans to grow and modernise that fleet over the coming months.
