Stobart Air – formerly Aer Arran – are recruiting pilots as part of its ambitious expansion plans. At present Stobart Air provide ‘franchise’ services on UK and Ireland routes including services for Aer Lingus Regional and Flybe, operating ATR72 aircraft.
Stobart are now recruiting for Embraer 195 pilots, both type-rated and non type-rated, to be based at ‘London’ Southend and Dublin. These aircraft will be operated as a Flybe franchise from May 2017. The relevant minimum application requirements are:
Non-Type Rated First Officers
- Minimum (total) 1000 hours of civil/military, multi-crew/multi-engine aircraft
- IAA EASA ATPL (or converted to an IAA licence by starting date)
- Current MPA rating
- Valid ME Instrument Rating
- Valid Class 1 medical
- No History of Incidents or Accidents
- Right to live and work in the EU without restriction or limitation
E-195 First Officers
- Minimum of 500 hours total time on EJet
- IAA EASA ATPL (or converted to IAA EASA licence at starting date)
- Unrestricted Class 1 Medical
- Minimum ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency
- No History of Incidents or Accidents
- Right to live and work in the EU without restriction or limitation.
Non-Type Rated Captains
- Currently operating as a Captain
- Minimum (total) 4000 hours TT
- Minimum (total) 1500 hours PIC of civil/military, multi-crew/multi-engine aircraft in excess of 20 tonnes MTOM
- IAA EASA ATPL (or converted to an IAA licence by starting date.)
- Current MPA rating on an aircraft in excess of 20 tonnes MTOM
- Valid ME Instrument Rating
- Valid Class 1 medical
- No History of Incidents or Accidents
- Right to live and work in the EU without restriction or limitation
E-195 Captains
- Currently operating as a Captain
- Minimum of 4000 hours total time
- 1000 hours command experience on EJet family
- Valid E Jet type rating
- IAA EASA ATPL (or converted to IAA EASA licence at starting date)
- Unrestricted Class 1 Medical
- Minimum ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency
- No History of Incidents or Accidents
- Right to live and work in the EU without restriction or limitation.
