Fairoaks airport in Surrey, currently under threat of closure and ‘redevelopment’ as a housing estate, is being offered an alternative future by ‘Unity Land’.
Unity Land LLP was established in 2017 by a group of professional financiers and investors, with long and established experience and connections in the aviation industry and with Fairoaks Airport.
Unity say that they are passionate about preserving and enhancing Fairoaks and seeing the airport fulfill its potential. They want it to flourish as a crucially important and commercially successful world-leading General Aviation facility.
Unity Land is backed financially by a global real estate and infrastructure developer and asset manager and one of the world’s largest international banking groups. Unity Land says that it has the full support of Fairoaks 2020, representing the local residents, and politicians at local and national level including Philip Hammond, Michael Grove and Grant Shapps.
