Interested in a commercial pilot career in the helicopter industry? Helicentre Aviation, one of the UK’s largest rotary training academies, is once again offering full Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) scholarships and applications are now open for 2024 intakes.
Applicants must be able to fund their initial Private Pilot Licence at Helicentre Aviation, to be completed ahead of CPL course intake at the end of March 2024. From there, Helicentre will pick up the training tab, funding the full cost of a CPL training programme, valued at around £65,000.
The Leicester Airport headquartered academy says that previous scholarship winners have been extremely successful in their careers, flying in onshore and offshore roles all over the UK, including Search and Rescue, Oil and Gas, HEMS, utility, as well as charter, instructing, and examining.
