TUI MPL assessment planning

Start preparing for your upcoming assessments with a ‘pass’. Stephen AV8 talks about the best way to approach airline assessments, adding that applicants who are successful do so after a possible second or third attempt.

TUI Airways opened the initial online application phase for its fully-funded pilot cadet programme earlier this month, after the UK carrier announced its 2024 pilot programme in September last year.

According to the YouTuber and influencer, many people find the initial application stage to be ‘tedious’, adding that airline applications can take a little getting use to, especially for the first time. “These are not assessments that you wake up in the morning and say you are going to do. They require a little planning, and practise,” explains  Stephen AV8.

It is important for airline cadet programme candidates to understand what is required before attempting the important first stage, especially when aviation industry culture can vary slightly between regions.

Other important aspects to take into account when preparing for the digital application address showcasing core competencies in the allotted time given.
