St Athan Airfield has confirmed that it is waiving landing fees for any visiting aircraft booking to fly circuits during November.
The offer has been put in place to assist in the training of new Air Traffic Control Officers and is available to any aircraft visiting the airfield on weekdays. Visitors must commit to a minimum of three circuits to take advantage of the offer.
While no landing fees will be imposed, a small £5 handling charge is payable to resident GA company Horizon Flight Training, which looks after GA aircraft handling at the airfield, alongside refreshment and aircraft fuelling services.
The airfield has mandatory PPR, with visitors required to pre-contact Horizon Flight Training on 01446 508532 or via email to [email protected]
